Error show in Google Cloud SQL - Operation Failed - value requested is not valid

When i add a new public IP in connection for access MySQL, it show error operation failed - value requested is not valid, 

please help to resolve this issue.

Hello Mandeep, 

How did you add your new public IP address? You may refer to the "Configuring public IP connectivity" documentation page, where 3 methods are described: Console, gcloud, and REST. Which method did you sue, between the three? What was the IP address value you requested? 

At the command-line, you are encouraged to add your new public IP address, using the gcloud commands described at Enabling public IP and adding an authorized address or address range, followed in each case by --verbosity=debug. What is the output of these commands? You should edit out all private information from the pasted text, as this thread is open to public scrutiny. 

If you think this is an error on Cloud SQL side, you should rather open a similar issue in the Public Issue Tracker
