Google Cloud SQL instance stuck restarting

Hello , 

I have an SQL instance which is stuck restarting for more than 1h 

I cannot delete it or do anything 

Any suggestions ?

Opening up a issue tracker[1] or contact support is a better way to resolve this issue. It seems you have already opened a private issue tracker[2] and all further work will be done on this tracker so please check it for any further updates.

Yes, contact support. At my company we've had this issue before and we had to open a support ticket to get it resolved. If you have an account rep, reach out to then about the issue too, once you've filed a support ticket.

I hope this isn't a production instance 😬.
