Backup/Restore Question

If I make an on-demand backup of a Google Cloud SQL instance, and then restore....will the whole database be reverted to the snapshot with the columns and table schema exactly the same as when the backup was snapshotted?

Yes, that's correct, the whole database will be reverted.
