Getting data from a backup made before August 23

Hello,

We have only today discovered loss of data that most likely happened on August 24, i.e. more than 7 days ago. It's also only one client affected (not whole db should be restored but some records).

Is there any way for us to get that backup so we can extract the missing records?

(We are on Google Apps for Business).
