SSH tunnel to Cloud SQL instance

Is it possible to create a SSH tunnel to Cloud SQL? 

I would like to establish a safe connection though a corporate firewall without using SSL certificates.

Cloud SQL only supports SSL certificates for securing the connections over IP.
