404 error on Goo.gl URL for authorizing commandline tool

Just trying to get the authorization for SQL commandline tool.

Get to the following point where I am able to get the short URL for authorization

I get goo.gl/0v319

On typing that in the browser  - get a 404 

Any thoughts ?

Can you please copy/paste the code instead of typing it? :-) Note that first character is an uppercase letter and not a number :P. Here is a correct one http://goo.gl/Ov319.
