Cannot create new instance (billing not enabled)

I can confirm billing is enabled.

Is the gmail user you are using part of the Team for the 538401573747 project? I presume you did setup for the command line [1], right?

Quick question: are you trying to create another D0? Note that there is a limit of one D0 per project.

billing - enabled.. i don`t have idea))

Was this a recently created project, things look correct in the backend for this project id. (new projects sometimes takes a couple of minutes to have the billing state propagated)

Please try again and let us know if it's still not working.

I found another 'billing' page on the cloud console page.

But when I come to this page and fill in my details clicking on the submit button does nothing.

Not in Chrome, not in Firefox.
