Cuando trato de agregar, eliminar o actualizar una red autorizada IPv4 en el control de acceso a mi instancia SQL me informa el error "No se puedo completar operación".

¿qué se debe realizar en esta situación?

What permissions does your logged in user have (under 'IAM & Admin')? If it looks like you have correct permissions, you may want to file a bug report on the issue tracker. Note that issue tracker support is generally provided in English only.
