Public IP changing?

I've got a micro instance to use for development, but the public IP has changed a few times. I've seen no documentation that this is something I should expect or what I need to do once I'm ready to go live. Thoughts?

When you enable public IP for your instance, it is configured with a public, static IPv4 address so if you are specifying an IP range it could change IPs within that range. If you have specified one address please specify any operations that has occurred with the Cloud SQL, such as disabling public IP as that releases it's address.
