Can you give an option to set hostname of certificate? | hostname doesn't match 'spatial-cat-55555:development'. You have to set application not to verify hostname for it to work

Given the other threads this user created about this today I'm pretty sure he's asking about Cloud SQL with PHP PDO. Vadim is helping in those threads.
