How do I know the reason why my Google SQL instance is in the suspended state?

Hi Gary,

The FAQ has some information about this:

Why is my instance suspended?: This is probably due to an issue with your Google Cloud Platform account. You can determine your billing status by filing a Billing Support Request. Note that suspended Second Generation instances are deleted after 90 days.
