Failed to import gs://kmitl/president.sql: An unknown problem occurred (ERROR_RDBMS)

I'm trying to import SQL file (.sql)  from database into Google Cloud SQL via Google cloud storage by using Python and Gsutil (Follow in Google importing data steps) then we can upload data file successfully.

By the way,we can't import data from Google cloud Storage to my cloud SQL ,

Error message :Failed to import gs://kmitl/president.sql: An unknown problem occurred (ERROR_RDBMS)

However looking solving problem (upgrade instance etc.) from this discussion group,I can't solve this problem .

Have anyway to solve this problem? from this error,what problem made it like this?

I apologize for asking the same question ,but i'm beginner to research on Google cloud SQL.

What's the name your instance?

The instance is   rast-kanyaporn:testproject

Can you check that the .sql file contains a 'use XXX'?

From the error logs:

  Could not execute statement: DROP TABLE IF EXISTS `test1`

Obviously ,we forgot using 'USE statement' command on .sql file .

Now , We can import this file into Cloud SQL already

I've got the almost same error when I import SQL file from GCS,

but it just shows "An unknown error occurred." 

My instance connection name is cojaft:asia-east1:cojaft-database

I couldn't find any information about what happened in error log.

Cloud anyone help me to find out how to solve?
