Hello,
Nothing has been reported in the Dashboard. Please make sure your source/target instances meet the requirements, specifically the storage requirement for the target instance. Otherwise, I would contact GCP support so they can inspect your instances and see what’s wrong. To view this discussion on the web visit https://groups.google.com/d/msgid/google-cloud-sql-discuss/8de6665e-66ca-4c56-8206-cabfc1a30eb9n%40googlegroups.com.
