Authorized networks 403 error:Operation failed because another operation was already in progress

I use GOOGLE CLOUD SQL

want to setting Authorized networks add new ip address

but I can't Save

always print 'Operation failed because another operation was already in progress.'

what should I do?

This issue is not an 'intended behavior' of Google Cloud platform and/or its resources. To investigate this issue in detail, I highly recommend you to open a private issue using issue-tracker link. While opening the report make sure that you have included all the details including the affected project-number, instance-name, error logs(if any) etc.
