Any plans or options to switch to pgSQL v10 ?

We keep our infra based on pgSQL 10, how can we use cloud sql not downgrading to pg 9.6?

Cloud SQL for PostgreSQL 10 is not currently support[1] but there is an open feature request filed and you can tracker any updates with this issue tracker[2].
