How to dock Styles sub panel to the bottom?

Does anyone know how to dock the "Styles/Event Listeners/..." sub-panel to the bottom of the the "Elements" panel? At the moment it's docking to the right, and it's taking up valuable horizontal real estate.

I know it's possible cause I have seen it (even today) docked at the bottom.

Depending on the width of the DevTools itself it'll be on one of the sides. You can force it to bottom via Settings -> Appearance -> Panel layout.
