pixel inspector on cursor magnified pixels

was using devtools today on chrome Version 39.0.2171.95 and im not sure how i triggered it but to the bottom right of the cursor appeared a a circle showing a magnified view of the pixels beneath the cursor. 

Awesome! ! but... how to toggle this on and off? 

I never seen before.I somehow toggled it off,  and after lots of searching cant seem to find any tips on how to get it to toggle back. 

any advice !!?

While editing color in styles sidebar (i.e. While color picker is open), move mouse cursor over the inspected page.
