inspect element, line number in style.css, and WP sites

Can inspect element reveal specific line number in the CSS file consistently? I can track stuff down OK by searching for the class or whatever in sublime text, but I thought that there was a way for the inspector to show the line number.

So if I want to inspect the header on this site, https://www.garlicana.com, I can see that I need to search for

.header-image .site-title>a

but I don't see the line number.

I notice on another site, http://jsbmac.com/, the line numbers are revealed. Any ideas why the difference?

They are revealed, but you minified your files, so they only have one line (so you see :1).

If you use and apply source maps, the Developer Tools will map it to the original source line.
