Add ctrl + shift + z to redo change in Developer tools

Feature request.
Add ctrl + shift + z  shortcut to redo change in Developer tools, the same functionality as ctrl + y.

This is easier, faster and in line with other development platforms / IDEs

Actually, in most Linux desktops, redo is ctrl+y across the board, so for most developers, ctrl+y is the norm.

As you're using Windows, I would recommend you use a program like AutoHotKey (https://autohotkey.com/) to map ctrl+shit+z to ctrl+y.
