Temporary Error: quota Exceeded

Hi Ross,

I've been tasked to export email metadata of several folks. I'm using GAM 7.32.07 and running the following script:

gam redirect csv ./Export.csv user us...@domain.com print messages headers to,date,from,subject 

It returned 127k messages for this user (16GB mailbox) but failed to export with the following error: Temporary error: quota exceeded for quota metric 'Queries' and limit 'Queries per minute per user ' of service 'gmail.googleapis.com'

Any help is appreciated as always.

GAM is the wrong tool for this. Use Vault.

Thanks Jay. It appears I would export it as an Mbox or PST format. I'm not really interested in the email content,  just need the metadata in a csv file.
