Drive Migration from GWS Domain A to GWS Domain B

Hi,

I have a certain use-case that requires Drive migration from Google Workspace account to a new domain Google Workspace account, in addition the users in the new domain account will be created as well.

For example: 

du...@domainA.com >> du...@domainB.com

The requirement is that the Drive files needs to have the same link from the previous domain account. In this case, I have only discovered that GAM tool can transfer files granularly if it is the same domain. I haven't found out how we can migrate this if it is to a different domain.

Any ideas would help. Thank you.
