Hi -

We've decided to share our work calendars with our department, but some people had prior events that were personal on their calendars and wanted to make all those older events "private".  So I'm using this command to change all the prior events to private -

gam calendar abc...@domain.edu update event before 2025-01-01 visibility private

and it works great for a while and then aborts with this message -

  Calendar: abc...@domain.edu, Event: _6ss38ca668o38ba2691jeb9k8krjgb9p8cqkcba58l1j6dhm710jeda16g, Updated (2873/7171)

  Calendar: abc...@domain.edu, Event: 7nfrrckqlkp30uljoo2aik2s8c, Updated (2874/7171)

During handling of the above exception, another exception occurred:

I was looking for some help on being able to restart from the last event or maybe a setting to have it continue / recover / backoff instead of aborting completely.  I'm a little behind in versions running GAM 7.07.00

Thanks - Dan

Get 7.07.09 and try the command again.

Just to follow up, version 7.07.11 recovered from all the errors we encountered and was able to process over 7000 events.

Ross is the best!   Thank you.  - Dan
