Transferring ownership of one folder and all its contents

Hi, folks,

     Perhaps I'm dense, but I'm not seeing how to do this. I assume I want to do something like this:

gam user old-a...@ualr.edu transfer drive <UserItem> select 1jsoimp3MY-FOLDER-IDm2o0g retainrole none new-a...@ualr.edu

     But I don't know what UserItem should be--unless it's "folder"?
