Hi! After struggling with GAM on and off for an embarrassingly long time, I have finally gotten an error message, as follows, when attempting to Enable G Suite Domain-wide Delegation: 

You do not have permission to perform this action.

Tracking Number: c510762003

Now, previously, what would happen was that I would set up GAM and it would appear to be functional, but I would have read-only access to everything and be unable to change that. After revoking and re-adding my admin privileges, I am not getting a service account when I reach the project creation step. If I create one manually, I get this error. My coworkers and I are now debating: Do I contact Google Support, or do I create a new account and use that instead. Decisions, decisions!

Does anyone here have any thoughts about which route to take?

Before contacting Google Support, let's go step by step through the install.  Smarter heads than me are on this forum...  so we should be able to get you up and running.

So the first step is, What OS are you using?  Windows, Mac, Linux?
