Changing the username of a token

I believe I know the answer to this, but just to be sure: If I change the username associated with my GAM project token, I'll have to generate a new one, correct?

Good question. The owner of a project is not recorded drirectly in either client_secrets.json or oauth2service.json.

As long as the new user has project admin rights you should be good to go.
