Gmail Delegation Not Working

Hello All, 

I have several domains I manage with GAM-XTD3 (v 6.04.21)). For some reason one of my domains executes the command to delegate an email (gam user xxx@domain delegate to xxx2@domain) successfully but the delegation does not appear in the GMail dropdown. 

Any ideas on why?

Both the delegator and delegatee must be in OUs with Mail Delegation enabled.
