Adding a secondary email to user accounts upon account creation

Hello All,

I'm developing an onboarding script for the users in my instance and I'm experiencing an issue with adding a secondary email (personal email) to the user account to send the details of their account to their personal email. 

Is there a command that I should include to populate this field?

This can also be added when creating the user.
