GAM vs GAMADV-X Info?

Is there a page or document that has info on the differences between GAM and GAMADV-X? The only info I can gather is GAMADV-X is a rewrite of GAM.

GAMADV-X is a quite extensive re-write, but most commands work the same. You just get more.

Many ideas and features from GAMX eventually end up in original GAM.
