Create shared drive fails "Service not applicable/Does not exist"

Attempting to create a new Shared Drive with the command:

gam user some...@domain.org create teamdrive "Test123" adminmanagedrestrictions true asadmin

This fails with the following error:
User: someuser@domain.org, Service not applicable/Does not exist

The user that I'm doing this as is a full super admin. Not really sure where to even start to troubleshoot this. Any help appreciated.

gam info user some...@domain.org 

gam user some...@domain.org show drivesettings

Fixed this myself after digging around for a while in the group. The fix was to re-rerun "gam user m...@somedomain.org check serviceaccount" which returned mostly "FAIL"s. Re-authorized via the provided URL and stuff started working again. Got distracted by something shiny and forgot to update my post. Thank you for replying, nonetheless.
