Support for detailed Gmail settings?

Hi,
I am setting up a Workspace environment for a small company and finding that quite a few Gmail detailed settings would be beneficial to manage centrally, in addition signatures, send as, and labels.
I tried to study the documentation for Gmail, e.g. the one called “Settings” (https://github.com/GAM-team/GAM/wiki/Users-Gmail-Settings), but I didn’t find some of the items I was hoping for.
Is it so that what is documented here in the GAM wiki is what is supported by the Google APIs, and the rest needs to be done by hand for each user in the UI? Or are there further settings that could be added to GAM, if there would be time and interest for doing that?
Some
settings I have identified by now that would be useful to manage centrally (in
a small company setting):
- Reply-to-all: default
- Insert signature before the quoted text in replies
- Templates: Enable
- Custom keyboard shortcuts: Enable
- Unread message icon: Enable
