Hello,
Have discovered a pupil using up 7TB of storage and wondered if there is a command to show file and file size?
I have used 'gam user #### print filetree todrive' which shows everything but the files size, i tried 'gam user #### print filetree filesize todrive' but get an invalid argument error, tried 'gam user #### show filelist filesize todrive' but this doesnt show the file type or name
using latest GAMADV-XTD3

Will be setting a storage limit after this!

Any help is appreciated!

As I mentioned in another thread - the numbers don't add up, at least for shared drives. For one of my shared drives, Advanced GAM reports 417 MB but Google's GUI shows it as 1.31 GB. I spot checked some of the numbers for a few files returned by Advanced GAM and they look good. Now, neither Advanced GAM nor the GUI reports on files smaller than 1024 bytes but if I count all those up and assume that they are 1000 bytes in size and add them to the total they only add another 600KB. So it would seem that Google's GUI is reporting a lot more usage than is actually the case.

The size of the team folder is also about 400 MB when we download it with Google's GUI. So where is the other 800 MB of usage from?

minor note: Advanced GAM won't download Google Drawings though it does report them in the file list.

I agree, and this was for an individual use drive. the same duplicated files reported as 7.62TB (after doing the math on the 581 entries) but the total shown in GAdmin was 6.98TB and the kid had a tonne of genuine school work files, not as acurrate as assumed but it was enough to know the kid didnt need reporting.
