Vault hold delete HoldItem and MatterItem do not exist

Hey everyone, im trying to delete vault holds (legal holds) utilizing the command below, 

gam delete vaulthold|hold <HoldItem> matter <MatterItem>
gam delete vaulthold|hold <MatterItem> <HoldItem>

However, when I run the command

gam print holds todrive

I get a list with the following as the top columns

matterId

matterName

holdId

name

accounts

accounts.0.accountId

accounts.0.email

accounts.0.firstName

accounts.0.holdTime

accounts.0.lastName

corpus

query.driveQuery

query.mailQuery.endTime

updateTime

Whenever i use MatterID or HoldID as the MatterItem or HoldItem, i get *does not exist* 

ERROR: Vault Matter: MatterID, Does not exist

Can anyone help me to find out where the <MatterItem> <HoldItem> comes from ? kinda stuck here, and have about 400+ holds

By default GAM tried to delete the hold/matter by name, not Id. If you know the exact id you wish to delete them prefix it with id: to tell GAM the value is an id, not a name.

gam delete vaulthold id:1234 matter id:5678

Replace 1234 with the holdId and 5678 with the matterId
