Turn on/off storage limit for user through GAM

I was wondering if there's a way or the command to turn on/off storage limit for one user through gam.

You can configure groups with storage limits. Then you can control user storage by moving then into our out of a configured group with GAM. See:

The issue is that I am having a user which I am unable to turn off the storage limit for him through the admin console.
