GAM - Can GAM force activation less secure app ?

Hello,

Ask for help from everyone about GAM command. Can GAM force activation less secure app ?
Because I have a project to migrate data for a large number of users through Google Workspace Migration for Microsoft Exchange (GWMME), 
where users must allow access for less secure apps.
Please guide me if you find a workable way.

No. There is no api to enable less secure apps, it must be done manually in the user account.
