Identify/Manage "Check mail from other accounts:" Values

I'm looking for a way to identify/manage users who are pulling in gmail messages from external sources. I've found results related to delegation, and forwarding, but not this.

The GUI location for this is: 
GMail>Settings>Accounts (https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/#settings/accounts)> Check mail from other accounts:

TMI: This is a result of consumer message generating admin alerts: "Alert: Phishing message detected post-delivery for..."

The Gmail API doesn't supply this information, thus GAM can't help.
