change ownership of a few files in users drive

I created a sheet with file ids and trying to change the owner it seems to work, but get this message.

User: xyx@pcs, Drive File/Folder ID: 123654789abedefg......., Permission ID: abc@pcs, Add Failed: Sorry, the items were successfully shared but emails could not be sent to abc@pcs."

every file says this

Here is the command

gam csv gsheet bobby.clowers <drive file id> Sheet2 gam user ~Owner add drivefileacl ~id user abc@pcs role owner

I get that too, whenever I change a file owner. Although I kinda like that it won't email people. If you're transferring 100 files manually, the recipient would get 100 emails.

Yeah I guess that is true,  Just kinda throws you off when you see the word failed lol.    I thought maybe there was a switch to not try and send an email.
