Printing a list of externally shared Drive files and their owners

I've tried, 

gam config csv_output_row_drop_filter “owners.0.emailAddress:regex:domain.com” redirect csv OutsideOwners.csv user us...@domain.com print filelist fields id,name,owners.emailaddress fullquery “not 'me' in owners”

gam config auto_batch_min 1 csv_output_row_drop_filter “owners.0.emailAddress:regex:domain.com” redirect csv OutsideOwners.csv multiprocess all users print filelist fields id,name,owners.emailaddress fullquery “not 'me' in owners”

Result is erroring this message:

ERROR: Invalid choice (config csv_output_row_drop_filter)

What's crazy is that it worked last week. I've tried reinstalling GAM with no success.
