How to change workspace

GAM works great on my Windows computer. But I have multiple clients, and now everything I do at the command line is for one specific client's Google Workspace. Is there a way to change which client workplace all GAM commands will pertain to, and easily switch back and forth?

Below is an example gam.cfg file in case you're curious how I set this up: https://pastebin.com/G1rr850i 

Once it's all set up it works pretty well. I just use the following commands to switch between environments:

gam select au save

gam select nz save

gam select us save
