Deleting All Connected Apps for One User

I'm running GAMADV-XTD3 6.65.07

I would like to delete all connected apps for a single user. 

I've looked over at https://github.com/taers232c/GAMADV-XTD3/wiki/Users-Tokens#delete-a-users-token

I can see how to find all of those connected apps. 

But I am unsure of how to delete all of the connected apps.

How is that different than,

gam user <username> deprov

Getting Access Tokens for <user...@university.edu>
User: <username>, Deprovision 0 Access Tokens
User: <username>, Deprovisioned

This is the file generated via print tokens
more ./UserTokens.csv
user,clientId,displayText,anonymous,nativeApp,userKey,scopes

Do we need to do both a deprovision and also a delete token?

gam user "~user" delete token clientid "~clientId"

Is there a way to do this with a csv of users? I tried this but it didn't work.

gam csv list.csv gam redirect csv ./UserTokens.csv user ~account print tokens

gam csv UserTokens.csv gam user "~user" delete token clientid "~clientId"
