remove email error

Hi All,

  I am trying to remove a email sent with information that should not have been sent.  I am running this below script, 

gam all users delete messages query "rfc822msgid:< CABEbKRxE8JRrtFthBm2hhj-s...@mail.gmail.com>" doit

and I am getting this error. I feel like its a permissions error but I am not positive. 

unauthorized_client: Client is unauthorized to retrieve access tokens using this method, or client not authorized for any of the scopes requested.

I was abled to get it to runt he script once I added to the domain wide delegation.  I just get Got 0 Messages for user ""
would try to delete 0 messages for user "" (max 1) every time I run it for all users
