Add domain access to a calendar

I use this command to create a new calendar in my admin account to be shared out to my domain.  What do I need to add to the command to make it available to my domain with abiity to see all events? 

gam use ad...@domain.com create calendars summary "99-###" timezone "American/New York"

With the CalendarId returnied from the create command, do the following:

gam user ad...@domain.com add calendaracls <CalendarID> reader domain:domain.com sendnotifications false
