Hey everybody,

I've tried searching for the exact issue I'm having but couldn't find something specific.

I have a user that needs to have a permission to view/edit all users/resources/group calendars in the organisation.

Is it simply a case of going through every calendar and giving that user "owner" permissions, or is there another way? I've tried giving that user Group and Calendar management pre built privileges but that obviously doesn't work.

Thanks!

You have to add an ACL to every calendar; there is no global method.

What I did was create a Google Group reserv...@domain.org, and then I shared each calendar with that Group.

It was a pain to set up manually, calendar by calendar, but at least now I can give a new user access just by adding them to the Google Group.
