Add members to group who Never logged in

Hi,

How can I add (or rather update) members to a group that never logged in? 
Using GAMADV-XTD3 6.28.09

Would something like this work:
gam update group neverloggedin add member filter accounts.last_login_time:regex:Never

When I try that command I get: 
ERROR: Invalid argument: Expected <FileName(:FieldName)+>

Hi Ross,

Would it be possible to also define a orgunit update, a orgunit like "/students" but with a wildcard ("/students*" maybe) so all sub ou's will be included?
