GAM not recognized

to GAM for Google Workspace
I installed GAM onto my windows 10 PC and it seemed to be a successful install. I was able to authorize GAM and went through all the steps successfully. I opened command prompt to test and when i typed gam info domain, i get "gam" is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
Can someone advise me please?

Lee,
Open Control Panel
Open System
Click Advanced system settings
Click Environment Variables...
Under System variables, click Path, the click Edit...
Click New
Enter the path to your Gam executable, e.g., C:\GAM or C:\GAMADV-XTD3
Click OK all the way back to Contol Panel
Close and reopen Command prompt and you should be good to go.
