Is there a way to find out who's the owner of a google form? I only have the link to the form and not to the actual file.

I don't think so, the id in the link is a public version of the internal id whci is what you're after.

Hi,

I have had success with the following (can't remember where I found it from I don't think I came up with it)

gam all users print filelist query "fullText contains '\"<form title>\"'AND mimeType = 'application/vnd.google-apps.form'" fields id,name,webViewLink todrive

you need to know the title of the form but you should have that from the user side of the form. If you have access to the vault you can find the owner through a similar search, but it won't give you the fileid, so you can then run the gam command just against the owner to find the fileid, or you can visit the file and ask for access.
