csv bulk update - send as

Hi Folks,

How can/should I structure my csv template file and gam command in order to bulk update send as emails. (do not want to touch existing send as)

I know how for individuals,
gam user john...@xyz.com sendas john...@abc.com "John Doe" treatasalias true

not sure how csv file and gam command should struct as, 
???
gam csv updatesendas.csv gam update sendas treatasalias true

User,SendasEmail,SendasName
...

gam csv updatesendas.csv gam user "~User" sendas "~SendasEmail" "~SendasName" treatasalias true
