Cannot update some users info

Hi All,

When I try to update some users, It will say "ERROR 403: Not Authorized to access this resource/api - forbidden"

Then, I try to revoke my key and do "gam info domain"
After,  enter verification code, it will say "ERROR 403: Not Authorized to access this resource/api - forbidden"" again.

I can update some users but not all. Is it related to OU or user role problem?

Are you a delegated admin or super admin? Delegated admins can't update other delegated or super admins.

Hi Jay,

Thank you for prompt reply! Yes, I am a delegated admin. I can update other service accounts but not the following,
1. Administrator
2. Students (Most important)
3. Staff (Most important)

Do you mean I need to be a super admin role? Is there any role I can update the above user accounts?
I was a superadmin before in other company, there is no issue on updating user info....
But now I am a delegated admin due to current company policy.

Hi Jay,

One more point to add, I can update the user account info I created on Gsuite admin portal manually. But I cannot edit user account which is existing on Gsuite already even it is student or staff...

I managed to get a super admin role for this purpose...problem solved.
