Do you have a command that will give me all the first level subfolders list (no files) of a specific Google Drive Folder?

Kind regards

AP

Andrea,

What format/data do you need for each folder.

In addition do you have a command that will give a count of all the files and folders into a specific google account?

In the specific I have the pala...@unaids.org account, could be possible to know how many files and folders are into my account (even not owned by me) and of these how many are orphan or into the trash?

The first 2, total count of files and folders will be already good.

If we could do for the entire Google Organization will be even better.

Kind regards

Hi Ross,

I've got a parent folder Marketing with a bunch of subfolders (Brand, General, Communications etc) in it. Each of those subfolders contains file and folders.

In order to get a full list of files/folders in Marketing I ran gam user us...@aaa.com show filelist select Marketing_folder_id in GAMADV-X. I got 159 results, 158 are the content of /Marketing/Brand folder and 159th is /Marketing/Brand itself. So recursive crawl seems to be entering Brand subfolder ignoring the rest of subfolders in the parent folder Marketing.

If I run this: gam user us...@aaa.com show filelist select Marketing_folder_id depth 0

There are 8 folders in the Marketing folder yet command returns only one. What am I doing wrong?

Regards,
Mikhail

Mikhail,

The depth argument limits the recursion, so you don't want that.
Does us...@aaa.com own all of the files? By default GAMADV-X is only looking for files owned by the indicated user.

gam user us...@aaa.com show filelist select Marketing_folder_id showownedby any
