How can i use a project already made in GCP

I'm trying to use a project that is already made in GCP but I'm getting some difficulties.

I use: gam use project> 

Asks for the id of the project>

Asks for the Google Workspace admin email address>

I put: gam user luciana.silva@xxxr check serviceaccount

but i get the warning in the attachment. 

I see that de oauth2services.json is not created, what am I missing?

My teammate sent me a copy of the ouath2service.json and it worked for some tests.

But now I have another problem. We are trying to make de Workload Identity Federation, so the user autenticates without acessing gcloud with a service account impersonation. (https://github.com/GAM-team/GAM/wiki/Using-GAM7-with-keyless-authentication-Workload-Identity-Federation) 

We are having troubles trying to make this process working. 

Have you done such process? Can we schedule a call to help us?
