does google appengine have suggested solution to use letsencrypt certs?

which can auto get certs update, but not manually update each 3 month.

Our engineering team is working on this functionality, and you can follow along with their progress on the Public Issue Tracker. As stated in the tracker, you can currently use the Admin API to update certs in the meantime.
